I posted a message a couple of weeks ago regarding sensitive hydro controls on my new Deere 4600 hydro. The problem has not been resolved despite the fact my dealer installed a new shock absorber on the hydro linkage. When mowing at full throttle in range B the tractor is extremely difficult to control. I am not mowing at a high speed. Deere claims they have not had one complaint on this issue. Is anyone mowing with a 4600-4700 hydro? My 4600 is the only large frame tractor that he has sold with a belly mower. At slower throttle settings the problem is not as bad. I need some help. The hydro is so sensitive to foot pressure that I am using my cruise control more than I should just to avoid the erratic speed. Would a stiffer spring/shock make a difference?

My dealer was unable to find any obvious problem other than the fuel line was "pinched" some with cable ties that might have been a little tight. He was unable to find any obstruction in the fuel tank. I mowed this past Saturday on the same side hill that produced the problem and seemed ok. I will just have to wait and see if it returns. ....
